Apple Health → your own Claude

This service lets you analyze your own Apple Health data in Claude. The iOS app reads your health data on-device and uploads it to your private space here; you then connect it to your Claude account as a custom connector and ask Claude about it.

We never push your data to Anthropic — Claude only reads it when you ask it to, through the connector you control.

Connecting

In Claude, add a custom connector pointing at /mcp on this domain, then pair it using the short code from the app’s Connect to Claude screen.

Stored data is pseudonymized health data, kept on a rolling retention window and deleted afterward. See the privacy notice.
